Haiti Relief

HAITI RELIEF EFFORTS

So much is going on, it’s hard to know where to begin. The magnitude of the need is overwhelming, so we wonder, “How can I make a difference?”

Below are two projects for which funds are being raised. All donations (100%) will go to rebuilding Haiti, with no admin fee.

Gerald Bataille Ministries

Haitian Pastor Bataille has been in ministry in Haiti for 40 years, most recently joined by his son, Junior Bataille. They were celebrating this anniversary when the earthquake struck last week. We have been working through them to get aid and med supplies in.

Val's Children’s Home Care - See the Rebuild Plan & Updates

This small orphanage is near Gressier near the epicenter of the quake. All buildings were lost, but every child is safe. They are currently sleeping in a converted chicken coop. Funds are needed to rebuild, but most immediately for food.

Thank you so very much,

The SGI Team

I taught at this school in the 1980s. We ended up here on the second day after the quake and they gave us shelter and facilitated our evacuation through Missionary Flights Int’l and Rick Hendricks Motorsports. They have set up a hospital and feeding program.
